Adam’s Rib Co. was founded in September 2005 as the Florida Gators were on the brink of many championships in basketball and football.
Our mission was and still is, “To provide the very Best BBQ, at a fair price with fast and friendly service, to you our loyal customers.” And that’s what we’ve been doing ever since! From slow smoked ribs, pork or chicken, with flavors from the pecan, black jack, and hickory infused woods.
Adam’s Rib Co. is serious about BBQ. With the best BBQ in Gainesville and delicious, homemade side dishes, it’s hard to decide what to eat when you’re here. Our homemade side dishes include baked beans, collards, coleslaw, and mac-n-cheese, just to name a few. Keeping the day-to-day consistency, training our staff, and creating relationships with our customers are the keys to our successful tender BBQ at Adam’s Rib Co. We work diligently to maintain the freshest of meats and ingredients.
In 2012, we opened our second location, providing the same excellent quality of service and a selection of beers (not available at North location).
